5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days written notice.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
